Mrs Agnieszka Olejak-Krupa - New employee at Molinari Rail Austria GmbH 

Since 10 October 2011, Mrs Agnieszka Olejak-Krupa has reinforced the team of Molinari Rail in Jenbach as a graduate engineer and a new member of the department Mechanical Design.

From 2001 to 2006, Mrs Olejak-Krupa attended the Technical University in Krakow, where she graduated in Mechanical Engineering and Robotics (department of Automation and Robotics) after a five-year-study.

In addition, she took a one year post-graduate course "Jewellery, Ceramics, Small castings" at the Pedagogical University of Krakow.

During her studies, she worked at DAU Components in Spain, Veracomp S.A. in Poland and Ferrovias e Construcioes in Portugal.

Later, she was employed as product engineer in the automotive sector at Delphi Poland S.A. in Krakow.

Most recently, she worked as a design engineer for Knorr-Bremse GmbH, where she was in charge of the product development, using the programs Pro/E, EliteCAD, Pro/Intralink, PLM, and the construction of entry systems for railway vehicles. She also dealt with 3D modelling, creating technical documentation and product life cycle management.

Mrs Olejak-Krupa speaks fluently English and Polish and has basic knowledge of Spanish. Currently, she attends a part-time intensive German course.

Molinari Rail supports young talents

For Molinari Rail as employer, it is important to get to know and promote young talents. In summer/autumn 2011, we therefore decided to offer three (prospective) engineers the opportunity to serve an internship in the Engineering Department in Jenbach, Austria.

In August, Florian Sonnweber, who attends the second class of the HTL School of Electronics in Innsbruck, could gather first professional experience with us. Also since August, Tobias Keller has been supporting our team in  mechanical construction. He has recently completed his studies in mechanical engineering at the Technical College in Jenbach and will begin his community service in December.

Our third trainee this year, Mr Marco Meusburger, graduated from the HTL Innsbruck and is currently studying mechanical engineering at the TU in Vienna. As a railway-freak, he has been for many years a member of the Tirolean Railway Museum's Association and supports while studying the firm Leopold Halling GmbH in the development, production and sale of road and railway models.

Mr Joachim Wagner - New employee at Molinari Rail Austria GmbH in the Graz office  

As from 1 October 2011, we are glad to welcome Mr Joachim Wagner as new project manager for the Service area  in the Graz office of Molinari Rail Austria GmbH. 

After completing his studies at the Higher Federal  Technical Institute for Educating and Experimenting BULME in Graz, Mr Wagner graduated in 2002  in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Applied Sciences MITTWEIDA with his thesis on the topic "Quality management in development teams". 

In 2009, he got the certification as Senior Project Manager (IPMA Level B). 

Mr Wagner began as a surrogate technician at SGP Traffic Engineering in Graz in the design of rail vehicles. After a brief stint in the design and development of new technologies for agricultural machinery, Mr Wagner has been working since 1994 as a freelancer for SGP Traffic Engineering 

in Graz in the field of design, development and construction of railway coaches. As from 1996, he was working at Siemens TS Graz in a responsible position for the Center of Competence in air conditioning for rail vehicles.

Since 2006 he worked as project manager at Siemens AG and signed responsible for the development, manufacture, supply and provision of double-deck coaches for SBB AG. 

Joachim Wagner is 41 years old and lives with his wife Caroline in Tobelbad in Styria (Steiermark). In his spare time, he keeps himself intensively busy with the Chinese art Feng Shui. He also likes travelling and reads a lot.

Mr. Paul Pattis - New employee at Molinari Rail Austria GmbH 

Since 20 September 2011 Mr Paul Pattis has complemented the Electrical Engineering Department at Molinari Rail Austria in Jenbach.

His first assignment is to support for several months a customer in Malaysia in the design of schematics for the new monorail project in Kuala Lumpur.

After his education at the School of Electrical Engineering in Merano, the School for Industrial Electronics in Brixen and the Technical College HTL Innsbruck, Mr Pattis, who was born in Italy, studied at the MCI Innbruck environmental and biotechnology. In 2010 he graduated with a Master degree in Environmental Engineering.

In his thesis he worked on the planning and the construction of a DC test stand and the development of a twist body for DC swirling cyclones (particle deposition from a gas stream by means of centrifugal forces, emission control). With this newly developed twist body, the loss of pressure of the plant could be reduced by up to 30% .

During his formation, Mr Pattis worked from 2000 to 2001at the Integral Traffic Engineering AG Jenbach as a commissioner for railway vehicles. From 2002 to 2004 he was employed by Veolia Verkehr GmbH (Connex) in Germany as a service technician for rail vehicles. He also worked in the repair department of Berges Electronics, where he was responsible for fault diagnosis and repair of electronic frequency converters. 

Some personal details:

In his spare time, the 32-year-old enjoys sports such as soccer, mountain climbing, sailing and scuba diving (he is a qualified dive master). He also likes drawing and DIY . Socially, he volunteers in taking care of people with disabilities and attends to children as a tutor in maths and physics.

In the community service of Merano, he was a Red Cross driver for the transport of sick people.

Mr Tobias Greil - New employee at Molinari Rail Germany GmbH

Since 1 September 2011, Mr Tobias Greil has become a new member of the Molinari-team in Germany . He works as a project engineer and project manager.

He was last employed at 'Bayerische Oberland Bahn GmbH' as a work scheduler, for quality securing and as an instructor for apprentices at the business premises in Lenggries.

After his training as industrial mechanic in equipment and precision engineering at 'Dornier Satellite Systems GmbH', he gathered valuable experience in manufacturing high quality components for aircraft and space travel, working at 'Eurocopter Germany' as builder of aircraft machinery and at 'Telair International' in the CNC milling department. 

In 2004, he completed the 'Craft Master School of Precision Instruments' in Munich and, after graduating, he joined the railway company 'Bayerische Oberland Bahn' in Lenggries. There, he got familiar with many traincars and locomotives and could acquire in the last 7 years a lot of experience with rail vehicles.

In his spare time, Mr Greil is a board member and a group leader in the local firefighter department. His great passion is playing ice hockey since the age of 10, reaching the first league in the junior team of the 'TEV Miesbach' in Germany. Currently, he has been playing for several years in an amateur team.

Centre of his life is his little family. Together with his wife Birgit and their two daughters, Franziska and Theresa, he is already full of anticipation for their new family member expected by mid-October.

Ms Carmen Tinello - New Employee at Molinari Rail Austria GmbH  

Since 16 August 2011 the Department of Mechanical Design at Molinari Rail in Jenbach has gained another team member. We are pleased to welcome Ms Carmen Tinello.

In June this year, Carmen Tinello graduated at the Technical College in Jenbach with emphasis on mechatronics. In her five-year training period at the HTL, she acquired extensive knowledge in the programs Pro Engineer, AutoCAD, Visual Basic and SAP.

In her three internships at GE Jenbacher,  Carmen Tinello gathered first professional experience. During her last internship, she worked on her thesis, in which she developed a small test stand for the testing of actuators.

Carmen Tinello lives in Jenbach and devotes her free time to reading, playing the keyboard, and to sports activities such as swimming.

We wish MsTinello every success and pleasure with her new job at Molinari Rail.

 

New employee at Molinari Rail Austria GmbH

On January 18th 2011 we welcomed Ms. Madeleine Wolf as a new member of the Molinari team in Jenbach. Ms. Wolf will now be working for the administrative office in Jenbach. 

Madeleine attended the Commercial School in Wörgl. After graduating in June 2010, the company Transped Europe allowed her a first insight into the professional world as a dispatcher. Her tasks there were telephone customer contact in English and Spanish and the processing of orders. 

Ms. Wolf will support the quality management in the revision of quality guidelines in the coming weeks and in the future, the administration office in Jenbach. 

Ms. Wolf spends her free time with friends or at home with a thrilling book.
