We optimise the procedures of Railway Service and maintenance of vehicles and infrastructure. «Business Process Reengineering» usually means an intervention in grown, established processes. Such interferences need to be planned with the necessary consistency and with the required sensibility. Molinari Rail has available approved methods in Process- and Cost Management.

Interferences in grown corporate cultures (Forms of Organisation, Management and Financing) are required to be planned particularly serious and with great sensitivity. It is demanding to effectuate an attitude change of the staff and therefore needs be clearly communicated. Feasibility in the company has to be evaluated in a realistic way and the required arrangements for this purpose are to be planned chronologically.    

Process Management
