As an important part of quality assurance, we continuously exercise control during the manufacturing of the rail vehicles (Standards, Specifications, Dimensional Accuracy, and Quality). After completing manufacturing, we organise in behalf of our clients the final acceptance and ensure that the agreed quality level is obtained.

At our inspections, we control amongst other things the following aspects:

• Application of components and modules declared in tendering
• Comply with national or international standards (UIC, EN, ISO)
• Comply with company-internal standards
• Tolerance control of employed materials
• Non-destructive testing
• Visual control of Production Engineering (Welding Practice)
• Function check
• Running tests, start-up behaviour, braking power etc.
• Examination of technical documentation
