
Mr Noah Gunzinger – New employee at Molinari Rail Ltd.
On April 1st 2012, Mr Noah Gunzinger joined the Molinari team in Winterthur. He will support Michele Molinari and the department heads as assistant CEO in business development and other projects.
Mr. Gunzinger was previously working for Bombardier Transportation, as Business Development Intern for the business unit Propulsion and Controls where he worked on several projects in business intelligence, market- and competitor analysis.
Besides a Master in Strategy and International Management from the University of St. Gallen, he holds an MBA from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
The location Singapore allowed him to travel the region extensively. He has been to Malaysia, Taiwan, China, Vietnam and Cambodia. Besides traveling across Europe and to North America, he has been to Africa (Zambia, Malawi, Tanzania, Kenya and Cameroon). In 2011, he worked for 2 months on an AIESEC development project in Cameroon’s capital Yaoundé, educating high-school students in basic IT skills.
His passion is paragliding. On fine weekends, he can be found in Eastern Switzerland with his Paratech P11, training for his paragliding exam. Furthermore, he is a frequent runner. This year he is attempting the Zurich Marathon for the first time.

Mr Robert Dahmer - New employee at Molinari Rail AG
Since 1 February 2012 Robert Dahmer supports as a new member the Molinari-team in Winterthur, where he will work as Commercial Project Manager / Project Controller.
Until recently, Mr Dahmer worked at Siemens Switzerland Ltd, Mobility as International Commercial Sales Manager in railway safety technology and brings a field into the Molinari Group which has not been covered so far.
After his training as an industrial clerk at Siemens Nixdorf AG 1993 in Berlin, Robert Dahmer collected a lot of commercial and operational experience in a variety of activities in the sales department of the Siemens Group, such as job scheduler in the training centre, deputy head of the booking section of the training centre, commercial director of a unit of the training centre, commercial director of a unit in Switzerland within the IT division of the Group and, for the last 5 years, in the field of railway safety technology of Siemens Switzerland as an international sales clerk.
His career stations took him over Berlin to Munich and then to Switzerland, where he has been working since 2004.
In his previous station, Robert Dahmer could collect valuable experience in major international projects, for example as World Project Controller for a 50 million EUR-project in Hungary, which he carried through from the acquisition phase on.
Professionally as well as privately, he has been travelling a lot and could get to know different cultures and people.
In his spare time, he enjoys being at home or on holiday with his family. He is also a big football fan and tries not to miss a single match of his favourite club.

Mr Peter Radvila - New employee at Molinari Rail AG
On Feb 1 2012 Peter Radvila has joined the Administration of Molinari Rail AG in Winterthur.
We are glad for having been able to find a successor for Katharina Bürgi right in time. We are confident that we can guarantee a smooth replacement in the back office of our head quarter.
Mr. Radvila is born in Berne, spent his childhood in the U.S and resident of Winterthur since 1971. He has made his schools and high school graduation. As insurance expert with several years of experience in reinsurance he has valuable know how in international business. Especially mentionable are his training as accountant as well as his excellent language skills (German, English, French & Spanish). Due to his last employment at the head-office of Kieser Training AG in Zurich, where he was involved in an IT project , he has
In his off-time he enjoys being outdoor playing tennis, trekking or skiing. His daughter Juliette keeps him pretty busy as well. As recreation he enjoys reading books, he’s also interested on current questions and problems of our days.

Diploma student at Molinari Rail Austria GmbH
Since 01 February 2012 and for half a year, Doris Gschwendtner has been working in the Department of Mechanical Design for the Molinari team in Jenbach and will also prepare her thesis with us.
Some information about Mrs Gschwendtner 's previous education and work experience:
After completion of the HTL in food technology/grain industry in Wels in 2006, she spent four years as assistant for quality control in the company Nordpolwerk GesmbH. During this time, she completed a bachelor’s degree in environmental, process and control engineering at MCI Innsbruck. She acquired further professional experience in quality assurance/production as part of summer internships at Ed. Haas Austria GmbH and Nestlé Austria GmbH.
Since 2010, Doris Gschwendtner has been studying at the University of Applied Sciences Oberösterreich, Campus Wels (Master's degree in Developmental Mechanical Engineering).
The title of the thesis she is going to write at Molinari is: "Design of a virtual product development chain: analysis, benchmarking and implementation of CAE programs, focussing on lifespan evidence." While doing so,Mrs Gschwendtner will be coached by Manfred Hofer, head of the Mechanical Design Department.

Molinari Rail welcomes Mr Bernhard Sailer as a new employee
Since 24 January 2012, Mr Bernhard Sailer has become a new member of the Molinari-team in Graz. He supports strategic and operational procurement as well as related transport and logistics issues. The focus is thereby on the projects in the business unit Systems & Components with its large proportion of purchases. If need be, he will also support the locations Jenbach, Winterthur and Munich.
Mr Sailer is a professional forwarding agent and spent the last 11 years of his career in the aerospace industry. As a technical purchasing manager, he was in charge of the supply chain management of some Austrian airlines.
Through his activities in the international arena, Mr Sailer brings in a lot of know-how to Molinari Rail, particularly in the fields of international trade, customs clearance, transportation of dangerous goods, profound knowledge of countries and cultures, international law and commercial practice. His technical background and experience with ERP systems also represent important components of his future tasks.
