These are our winners of the “Bahnindustrie Award 2022”!

We are proud of our two winners of the “Bahnindustrie Award 2022”! Magdalena Jäger, technical project manager at Molinari Rail, together with her predecessor, Carmen Holzhauer, received the award for a “special technical achievement” from the Agenda Bahnindustrie Frauen.

In our re-engineering and conversion project of ÖBB seat cars to modern Nightjet vehicles, Magdalena Jäger has taken over the technical project management. The mother of a two-year-old son has done an excellent job – and has a clear opinion in general: “It’s very possible to have a career as a mum and part-time employee.”

At Molinari Rail, diversity and inclusion are not empty phrases. We live equal opportunities and give all employees the confidence to develop in their careers. In this way, we also make a small contribution to making the rail industry more attractive for women.
